About Me
As a consultant, coach & trainer, I offer my expertise and experience to companies and organisations to help improve their processes and operations, to train and coach employees in Lean concepts and tools (Toyota Production System) and to develop a culture of sustainable continuous improvement.
My 25 years at Toyota instilled a passion for continuously challenging,
improving and developing people, processes and operations with a constant focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
I am a strong advocate of respect for people, leading by example, long Term thinking and personal integrity.
